Patrick Dickie

Patrick Dickie has practiced labour law for over 20 years. He is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1991.

Patrick has represented trade unions and their members in a wide variety of cases before the BC Supreme Court, the BC Court of Appeal, the BC Labour Relations Board, the Canada Industrial Relations Board, human rights tribunals, arbitration boards, and numerous other administrative tribunals.

Patrick worked in mills, factories, and construction for ten years prior to going to law school. During that time he served on the executive of two local unions and spent a year on a picket line.

When Patrick isn’t lawyering or spending time with his family, he can usually be found messing about in his old sailboat.
